用材料中的新物理开发新一代低功耗高速度的存储器件与新型计算器件。探索自旋电子学领域和低维磁性材料,研究磁性和输运等物理特性与结构的关系。研究聚焦于存算一体器件开发与神经形态计算的器件设计。近年来在自旋电子学和神经形态计算器件设计与制备等领域共发表SCI论文十余篇,其中以第一(含共同一作)作者发表论文4篇。部分代表工作包括:Adv.Funct.Mater.(2024);Nat.Commun.(2023);Phys.Rev.Lett.(2022);Phys.Rev.B (2021);
